Asinta Architects is a design & build firm founded through the partnership of two young Filipino architects united by a shared vision — to deliver contemporary architectural solutions that are both efficient and deeply personal. Each project is crafted with thoughtful attention to the client’s lifestyle, aspirations, and perception of design, ensuring that every space reflects purpose and identity.

Our Company History
Founded in 2023 by Ar. Junel and Ar. Rei Viviene, both Laguna‑based Registered and Licensed Architects (RLA) of the Philippines, Asinta Architects is the product of their shared vision and partnership — serving as their primary platform for the practice of their profession, specializing in both architectural design and construction.
Having gained diversified experience in the industry, the founders established Asinta Architects with the aspiration to contribute to the flourishing field of architecture in the Philippines, while building a legacy of their own through thoughtful and purposeful design.
Now husband and wife, the duo continues to turn their fondness for creativity and service into a professional platform — the very foundation that brought Asinta Architects into fruition.
Our Name & Logo
The Filipino vernacular term “asinta” directly translates to “masonry wall” — a symbol of foundation, structure, and alignment. Closely related to “asintado,” meaning precision or true alignment, the word embodies the discipline and intention that guide every architectural endeavor.
The logo of Asinta Architects draws inspiration from the form of the concrete hollow block, the most common and enduring building unit in the Philippines. This form represents both the simplicity and strength that anchor the firm’s philosophy — that every design begins with a solid foundation, built with clarity of purpose and thoughtful detail.

AR. JUNEL D. BUYAGON
Co-founder / Principal Architect & Operations Lead
Ar. Junel earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Mapúa–Malayan Colleges Laguna in 2019. Shortly after, he began his professional journey as a Quality Assurance Architect in an Australian-based real estate marketing firm, where he gained valuable experience collaborating with a diverse and international team.
Motivated by a growing passion for the construction field, he transitioned into a private architectural practice in Laguna, where he deepened his understanding of design implementation and project execution.
In 2023, after obtaining his professional license in Architecture, he co-founded Asinta Corp., now working alongside his wife and partner, Ar. Rei Viviene, in leading the firm's design and build projects.

AR. REI VIVIENE ALODVINO-BUYAGON
Co-founder / Design Director & Client Lead
Ar. Rei Viviene earned her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Batangas State University in 2018. Soon after, she began her professional journey through an apprenticeship program at a private firm in Batangas City, where she developed her foundation in architectural practice and project coordination.
After obtaining her professional license in Architecture in 2022, she joined a design firm in Laguna as an Associate Architect, further refining her design sensibilities and client management skills.
Today, Ar. Rei Viviene serves as the Co-founder, Design Director, and Client Lead of Asinta Corp., where she continues to translate ideas into purposeful and enduring architecture.
